We’ve finally launched our uptime monitor. This should provide some excellent feedback for webmasters on TOP.ORG
I should note that in every aspect (speed, reliability), TOP.ORG is way ahead of average!
Due to the leap year, we had a slight bug with the stats graph - that has now been fixed.
Our growth is fantastic - in a few months we will be tracking 1,000,000 pageviews a day:

We have gotten quite a few emails about our image and how some people do not think it meshes well with their site.
We’ve heard you all, and are now working on a custom-image solution. This will allow you to upload an image (anywhere from 80×15 to 150×150) - once approved it will then become your default image.
Oops - I was moving and alas had no proper internet access for a long long time.
I am happy to say that we now track over 100,000 unique visitors a day. There are now over 500 active sites on TOP.ORG - and we have not even contacted any bloggers yet! The best part really is that we have already sent out 70,000 clicks to our member sites - that is a ton of traffic.
Looking forward to obliterating those numbers as we continue to grow
Sorry folks - an error on my end lead to us losing two days of stats. That is now fixed.
Also the registration page was down for 24 hours, but is back up and operational now.
Today we upgraded the software to send automated reminders to webmasters who have signed up but forgot to add the HTML to the site. We’ve also shored up our internal tracking methods to notify sites when they may be problems with tracking their traffic.
We now have 363 sites active sites on TOP.ORG. We’ve also started tracking the number of clicks we send every day - that should be an interesting number to keep an eye on. We should start publicly publishing this number in a few days.
Just released a slightly updated version of our image tracker today - it should help with sites that have darker backgrounds.
